The 10th of May course was a great autumn day we all met up a Mona Vale Beach. It was a bit cold in the shade but was a nice and clear day, perfect for shooting. With six on the course all with Canon SLR cameras the day ended with a nice purple sunset as the light of the day faded away.
Below are comments from those who attended the course and shots taken by them putting into pratice the days teachings.
Hi Matt,
Thanks for your email and all your tips.
I had a great day on Saturday. The day flew by.
Your instruction during the day was perfect, you are very easy to learn from and your passion for photography certainly comes through when you are teaching.
I got so much out of it and feel a lot more at ease with the camera. I spent yesterday trying to replicate your Collaroy bath shots!!!!
Matt thanks again for a brilliant day.
Cheers
Daniel

Hi Matt,
Thank you for all the instruction! I enjoyed the course and found it to be really helpful. It was a lot of information to take in over the course of the day but I feel like I have picked up some concepts that will allow me to improve my photography and take it as far as I want to go with it. I liked the way you taught with the group discussion and the one to one time as we were taking photos. I can’t really think of any improvements you could make.
Attached is my favorite photo from the day. Perhaps you can suggest any improvements I could make.
Thanks for all your time,
Neale
